According to the advertisement of the Commission, if any information submitted by the candidate for the examination for the position of District Judge is found to be false or incorrect, the Commission shall cancel the recommendation for the examination or appointment of such candidate and if he has already received the appointment, he shall recommend to the Council of Justice to take necessary action in accordance with the prevailing law. br> (2) According to sub-section (1), a person who submits false or incorrect information may be barred from participating in the examination conducted by the Commission for a period of five years.
(3) Other provisions related to the recommendation of the appointment of the candidate shall be as prescribed.
